OUR SERVICES
- Process IFC drawings, Control Narrative & Shutdown key review as developed by owner/ operator project engineer to set up Commissioning & Start-up plan.
- Work with manufacturers and vendors to complete related packages process commissioning requirements.
- Develop project Commissioning & Start-Up plan, Procedures, Check Lists for Ready-For-Commissioning, Ready-For-Start-up and Transfer of Care, Custody & Control from Construction Group to Client Operations Group.
- Plant/ Facility Mechanical Completion Walk-Through & creation of Deficiency / Check Lists (as per designated categories) for review and elimination.
- Hands on operations support during Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Plant purge, Leak testing, Control & Power loops check and Plant / Facility Start-up.
- Provides operational support, project input and continuity to the designated project.
- Initiate/ update equipment requirements for Start-Up & Operation.
- Ongoing consultation in trouble shooting, problem solving and optimization.
- Participate in developing training programs and coordinate training sessions with vendors, manufacturers & process equipment packagers.
- Coordinate efforts with any third party services as required for Plant/ Facility Commissioning & Start-Up
Site Supervision overseeing & supporting construction of facilities, pipelines, and wells as required. - Collect / Compile plant / facility Operating Procedures and participate in development of pre-commissioning safety procedures & check lists.
